Thomas Parrish – President & CEO
Tom Parrish is a proven leader with over 25 years’ experience in the contract security industry. Throughout Tom’s career, he has been selected to lead various organizations due to his proven abilities to turn around failing organizations and successfully launch newly formed divisions. Tom has a strong focus on sales, the ability to reinvigorate existing business units, and the ability to foster strong customer relationships. Tom has a proven track record of increasing sales, building sales teams, and improving profits through smart selling.
With over 25 years in the security industry, Tom has led business units with over 3,000 employees and $100 Million in annual revenues. Over these 25 years, Tom has developed a quality approach to the provision of service based upon industry leading wages, superior instructor-based training, excellent benefits, and the belief that low bids result in poor quality and dissatisfied clients. Tom is a skilled general manager who is able to focus teams on the big picture and focus on detail.
Tom served in the United States Army and was a graduate of the Russian Language Program at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
Richard Dickinson – CFO
Richard Dickinson has over 30 years of financial management experience in the security industry dating back to 1982 as Vice President and Treasurer of Burns International Security Services at which time they were acquired by the Baker Industries unit of Borg Warner. Richard was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of United Security Group, Inc. from 1989 to 1995. United was acquired by Command Security Corporation (Amex: MOC). Subsequent to the acquisition, Richard became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Command and also served as a member of the Board of Directors and as one of three members of the Executive Committee of the Board.
In 2004, Richard formed Dickinson Security Management Group, LLC, a consulting firm focused on assisting small to mid-sized security companies maintain profitability and reach their full growth potential. He also developed and markets security contract pricing software, “Security PricingPro” which is currently being used by over 100 security companies.
Richard has had extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and strategic planning.
Richard has a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Accounting and Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
