2. We Perform Stringent Screening

Other security companies may do a background check, but we go above and beyond.

To be considered for employment at PSG, every applicant must attend a 24-hour instructor-led initial training program and pass with a score of at least 80%. Does your current security firm do that?

We also perform the following:

Seven-year criminal record check in all counties of residence
Initial and random drug testing
I-9 verification
High-school diploma or GED
Employment verification
Minimum of 18 years of age
DMV records search
Military and education verification

Unlike most other security firms, we’re not satisfied with just meeting the minimum training requirements of the state where we operate.

We provide on-the-job training to fit your unique requirements. This is personalized, one-on-one training conducted by a manager.
Our e-learning program gives employees access to our online learning portal with hundreds of available options. And we track this training to evaluate career development.
Monthly training seminars, taught by subject matter experts, focus on more advanced topics concerning the security industry. And clients are invited to attend!
